Brunkow Cheese of Wisconsin

Brunkow Cheese, a Wisconsin cheese company since 1899, is located in the rolling hills of the Driftless region of Southwest Wisconsin. The operation sources cow's milk from 18 neighboring dairy farms, mostly Amish, and hand crafts specialty and artisan cheeses in small batches.
