At Abbey Brown Soap Artisan we create hand made natural Olive Oil soaps, soothing body oils and relaxing bathing essentials. We make all our fine products in house, infusing homegrown herbs and botanicals with pure essential oils, but that's just the beginning. Come on by, we'd love to show you how great our products are for your skin.

 

Bot Bakery is an exciting new collection of organic gluten-free baked goods and meals for people avoiding animal products or casein, gluten and other allegens. Evrything is healthy, delicious, and fun to eat.

Chicago Diner has been meat free since 1983. All vegetarian/vegan diner serving American comfort classics such as shakes, sandwiches & organic cocktails.

 

 

In the winter of 2004, three urban beekeepers conceived and created Chicago Honey Co-op. While our original mission was as a job training program, our focus has evolved over time into a long term relationship within the community with emphasis on education, healthy eating and awareness of the natural environment.

We believe in and practice local, sustainable agriculture and are proud to say that in 2010 our honey became Certified Naturally Grown which is a grass roots alternative to organic certification.

 

Co-op Sauce is handcrafted using a variety of wholesome ingredients some of which are grown in Co-op’s community garden to create high quality natural sauces. Half of the proceeds generated from the sales of Co-op Sauce go directly to supporting Co-op Image’s free youth art center and community arts initiatives in based out of Chicago’s Humboldt Park Neighborhood.

 

Crumb bread was born out of a desire to bring Chicago a delicious, crusty, healthier loaf of bread.  Baker and owner Anne Kostraski uses organic flours from Illinois, Wisconsin and Kansas, cheeses from Wisconsin, and best of all the amazing produce found here at the marketland all of the seasonal goodness the Midwest has to offer.

 

Earth First Farms is a certified organic apple orchard and vegetable farm only 100 miles from Chicago.  100% of their produce is Certified Organic. Beautifully situated on 45 acres of rolling land in Southwest Michigan, the farm encompasses more than 2700 fruit-bearing apple trees, a field of strawberries, and a diverse vegetable patch that varies annually. In addition to a tree rental program, Earth First sells apples and cider.  Earth First is a small family farm, committed to bringing you the freshest, healthiest, most delicious apples that Southwest Michigan can produce - without harmful side effects on the environment or your health!

 

I sell the best ever grilled cheese with local products only! Nothing comes from a grocery store - sandwiches change with what is available at the Market.

 

We grow our crops on 2 acres of land. Our vegetables are grown from organic seed, without the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides - just plain goodness and, yes, some holes in our Kale! Our hens are pastured by day and protected in a hoop house by night. They have daily access to all the grass and insects nature can provide.

We are currently offering a wide variety of handmade goat milk soaps. Our goats are hand milked and rotationally grazed in organic pastures in beautiful upstate Illinoios.
