Bot Bakery is an exciting new collection of organic gluten-free baked goods and meals for people avoiding animal products or casein, gluten and other allegens. Evrything is healthy, delicious, and fun to eat.

Co-op Sauce is handcrafted using a variety of wholesome ingredients some of which are grown in Co-op’s community garden to create high quality natural sauces. Half of the proceeds generated from the sales of Co-op Sauce go directly to supporting Co-op Image’s free youth art center and community arts initiatives in based out of Chicago’s Humboldt Park Neighborhood.

The amazing bakers behind Logan Square's La Boulangerie bring freshly-baked baguettes, croissants, country-style loaves, and French pastries to market every Sunday.

Crumb bread was born out of a desire to bring Chicago a delicious, crusty, healthier loaf of bread.  Baker and owner Anne Kostraski uses organic flours from Illinois, Wisconsin and Kansas, cheeses from Wisconsin, and best of all the amazing produce found here at the marketland all of the seasonal goodness the Midwest has to offer.

Earth First Farms is a certified organic apple orchard and vegetable farm only 100 miles from Chicago.  100% of their produce is Certified Organic.

Beautifully situated on 45 acres of rolling land in Southwest Michigan, the farm encompasses more than 2700 fruit-bearing apple trees, a field of strawberries, and a diverse vegetable patch that varies annually. In addition to a tree rental program, Earth First sells apples and cider.  Earth First is a small family farm, committed to bringing you the freshest, healthiest, most delicious apples that Southwest Michigan can produce - without harmful side effects on the environment or your health!

The aim at Erehwon Farm is to bring you the freshest, most natural, and most nutritious produce possible.  Try their beautiful greens and herbs that are growing through the winter in the farm's hoop houses.

Iron Creek Farm is a certified organic farm located just a few miles south of Michigan on the beautiful rich black soils of northern Indiana. Iron Creek is committed to environmental stewardship such as improving soil and water quality and protecting wildlife.

With over six generations of farming they take pride in providing environmentally friendly practices, animal compassionate standards, animals raised without antibiotics or growth hormones, animals raised on green pasture and in deep bedded barns with outdoor access.
They will providing fresh, natural pork direct from their family farm.
Products include: Boneless Han Roast, Boneless Pork Roast, Pork chops, Pork Cutlets, Ribs, Bacon, Sausage.

These confections are handmade from scratch. No artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors. Katherine uses only the finest natural ingredients, and many of them are local or organic. The "twist on traditional" truffles are hand-dipped, and caramels are made with local Illinois honey and organic sugar.

Ludwig Farmstead Creamery is a European-style, farmstead creamery located in Fithian, Illinois. It sits on Feathercreek Farm, a 150-acre, fifth-generation family farm originally settled in 1866. Selling handcrafted cheeses with a distinctly firm texture, which become more flavorful as they age for three to four months.  Made in single batches from day-fresh milk and traditional starter cultures custom blended by cheese maker Fons Smits.

Lyons Fruit farm has been in operation for 28 years.   They farm on 15 acres of land.  They are a 3rd generation fruit farmer.  They specialize in apples, tomatoes, pears and cider.

A northern Illinois grower located in the Village of Millbrook, Majestic Nursery & farm is a sustainable and environmentally responsible homestead owned and operated by Randy and Gayle Roberts.  They grow produce, fresh cut and potted herbs, premium annuals, and are artisans of flowering container arrangements, handcrafted birdhouses and gourdcrafts.

Mama’s Nuts! was started in honor of the traditional handmade treats that Adreinne grew up with and that have been passed down from family and friends.

Each and every small batch is lovingly handmade in Chicago, Illinois. Sheep graze on organically certified alfalfa, clover and perennial grasses at Mint Creek Farm. Owners and farmers, the Carrs studied biodynamic agriculture at the Michael Fields Institute in Troy, Wisconsin. Starting with 50 acres in 1992, they now have 220 acres. The sheep were originally part of their plan to rescue soil that had been depleted by modern mainstream agricultural practices. Today, the soil thrives and so do the sheep.
